What To Expect
Welcome to Luxe & Mane. We’re so excited to meet you!
Now that your appointment is booked, you’ll get a confirmation email and text right away. Before your visit, we’ll also send helpful emails with FAQs, parking info, and how to confirm your appointment.

When you arrive, our front desk will greet you and offer refreshments—coffee, tea, water, soft drinks, and light snacks. If you’re receiving color, you’ll be given a robe before settling in.
Your stylist will start with a thorough consultation to ensure you feel confident and heard. From there, relax and enjoy—you’re in expert hands.

After your service, your stylist will follow up to check in and share personalized tips for using your products at home so you can maintain that fresh, salon look. And if you ever have questions, we’re just a message away.
